It was so neat having Marc in my life! Maybe our kids take alot from us but we also take alot from them as they get older and work at doing life right 
Now that I have him on my mind often, I can’t help but see all these nuggets of wisdom about Marc! A great nugget of truth I saw in him was …. be good at the little things as well as the big things! Do the little things well. Enjoy life as you’re working out a new path. Don’t do a shoddy job or try to force something before it’s time. Don’t think you’re going to ‘arrive’ & be a big shot until you learn to be content in dealing with the little things that permeate your daily life.
Jesus said strong stuff like that …. being good at the little things makes you ready for the big responsibilities! God sees how we tackle the little and big things in life. A good parent, teacher or boss notices that kind of thing! They want to know if you’re ready for the next challenge. Whether it’s doing chores, running a race, tuning your bike, studying for an exam …. practice and do the little necessary things first so you know you did your best and your efforts will produce fruit!
